Returns Policy

Returns and Cancellations
We offer a no quibble return within 14 days. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your Thermos goods, we will provide a refund or replacement without fuss. Please return it to us in new condition and original packaging via standard Royal Mail post within 14 days of receipt and you will receive your refund or replacement within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of receipt. If during this time you wish to cancel your order please email or telephone us. If we have received payment for any goods cancelled we will arrange refunds.

Product Gurarantee.
Thermos products are manufactured to the highest standards and meet all UK and European standards and guaranteed for a minimum of twelve months or longer dependent on the item from the date of the original invoice. If the product fails to provide reasonable wear owing to defective workmanship or materials and in the event of a warranty please return the item with a copy of the original receipt. The guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.Please note we can only accept responsibility for items bought from www.thermosonline.co.uk
