Returns Policy - Products Purchased from Thermos Online ONLY

Returns and Cancellations

If you wish to return an item for any reason, we will provide you with a refund or replacement without fuss. Please notify our Customer Service Team within 14 calender days from the day after delivery by contacting admin@thermosonline.co.uk or 01924 666801.

When returning please note;

  • To ensure a copy of your invoice is returned with the goods, and where possible please include tags and any packaging.
     
  • It is your responsibilty to ensure that the item is packaged carefully. Failure to do so may result in your return being refused and/or any refund due being reduced.
     
  • We cannot accept any return items which have been used.
     
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibilty.
     
  • We recommend you obtain a proof of return from your local Post Office.
     
  • Please do not return any items that were purcahsed from another retailer.
     

Any returns which are after 14 days are at our discretion.

Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of receipt. If during this time you wish to cancel your order please email or telephone us. If we have received payment for any goods cancelled we will arrange refunds.
 
Product Gurarantee.
Thermos products are manufactured to the highest quality and either meet or exceed the UK and European standards. If the product fails to provide reasonable wear due to defective materials or workmanship, please note that under your consumer statutory rights, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund, providing this is within a resonable time period and this is usually 12 months from the date of purchase. In addition to your consumer statutory rights, Thermos offer an extended guarantee period for the majority of Thermos products.
 
If you believe your product to be faulty, please return the item to the address confirmed below, together with a copy of the original receipt. The guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. We can only accept responsibility for items purchased from www.thermosonline.co.uk within the last 12 months.
