Returns Policy - Products Purchased from Thermos Online ONLY
Returns and Cancellations
If you wish to return an item for any reason, we will provide you with a refund or replacement without fuss. Please notify our Customer Service Team within 14 calender days from the day after delivery by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org or 01924 666801.
When returning please note;
- To ensure a copy of your invoice is returned with the goods, and where possible please include tags and any packaging.
- It is your responsibilty to ensure that the item is packaged carefully. Failure to do so may result in your return being refused and/or any refund due being reduced.
- We cannot accept any return items which have been used.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibilty.
- We recommend you obtain a proof of return from your local Post Office.
- Please do not return any items that were purcahsed from another retailer.
Any returns which are after 14 days are at our discretion.Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of receipt. If during this time you wish to cancel your order please email or telephone us. If we have received payment for any goods cancelled we will arrange refunds.
