What do I do if my Thermos product fails due to a manufacturing fault ?
If you believe that your Thermos Flask has failed and you think it is a manufacturing fault, then in the first instance you should take it back to the store where you bought it and request a refund or replacement, as per your consumer rights.

How do I make a warranty claim ?

Do Thermos supply any replacement glass liners , cups or rubber seals ?

Most of the Thermos Flask ranges are produced in many factories globally. It is not practical due to their fragile nature to supply replacement glass liners. Likewise Rubber seals and replacement cups are not available.
What replacement parts are available for Thermos Flasks ? .....Stoppers
The vast majority of requests for Thermos replacement parts are for stoppers. Therefore we try to offer replacement stoppers for the current range of Thermos Flasks and as many as possible models produced in recent years.

Thermos BBQ's.. all queries ?
